Audio Transcription. Assignments are invoiced per audio hour of material (30 minute minimum). There are no lines or pages to count. All transcripts are delivered electronically to the client. One hard copy of the finished document is included.

On-going assignments are negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Retainer may be required.

Payment Terms: One-half deposit at time of Service Agreement execution. Balance due upon delivery of electronic version of final materials.

Word Processing. Assignments are invoiced at the following rates:

 $25 per hour (Minimum 1/2 hour)

Additional charges may apply for special format, illegible material, incomprehensible, smaller fonts, single spacing, 3 or more speakers, etc.

Rates include: delivery of final document(s) in electronic format; one hard copy or CD of final document(s) delivered via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail; return of audio materials via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail; review and computer spell-check of final document(s).
