* Rates apply to audio formats of excellent/good sound quality, clear English-speaking, limited background noise. If audio material does not meet the foregoing description, client will be notified prior to commencement.
* Payment Terms - All invoices will be issued in electronic format and are due and payable upon receipt (not to exceed 15 days). Failure to pay in a prompt manner may result in project being placed on hold without notice.
* All rates are further broken down into incremental minutes.

* Rates further include delivery of final document(s) in electronic format; return of audio material; Google searches for spelling, etcetera; spell check and final review; time-coding as requested.
* ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY FOR SPECIAL FORMAT, MATERIAL THAT IS INAUDIBLE OR INCOMPREHENSIBLE, THREE OR MORE SPEAKERS, ETC.
